A Place To Bark Needs YOU!!

I know this is not a crafty post, however the wonderful person this is about is a very good and well known artist and has been published many times..the amazing Bernie Berlin! She has appeared on many crafting TV programs and has books published on ATC's. Bernie has also traveled all over the United States to help the ASCPA
and The Humane Society  rescue animals from puppy mills and other hoarding situations.
About 10 years ago Bernie began to rescue dogs from high kill shelters and rehabilitate them if needed and place them in no kill shelters to be adopted. Bernie is a guardian angel to these animals. If you do not know Bernie please visit her site and find out more about "A Place To Bark".
Bernie is currently in the fight of her shelters life..having been turned down by many pet food companies because she is not an adoption agency for animals but still considered a rather new concept in rescue of dogs and cats.
Currently Bernie is in a competition for a huge prize from Go Daddy..this is a contest A Place To Bark NEEDS TO WIN!! Please go vote for her and her beautiful animals and help save the lives of 1000's of abandoned animals. The following is from Bernie's page:

With this money A Place to Bark would be able to pay off all the debt, finish the shelter and save SO MANY MORE lives!! This needs to happen. So please help us spread the word!!

Don't forget to CLICK THIS LINK ( ) and vote ONCE A DAY from now until October 18th. Don't forget to tell every single person you know to do it too!!!

Please, please go vote..I love this lady like a sister and what she does is so very important! Thanks for reading this and please spay and neuter your pets!!
God Bless you all!
"Shelter dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human, we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Don't pity a shelter dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness your side."
